Jamie Fearn

Jamie is certified through Balanced Body and loves increasing her knowledge through the Balanced Body Continued Education program and self-practice. She is passionate about teaching a Pilates class that is accessible to all bodies, and believes the knowledge of the body Pilates provides should be available for all to experience. It is important to Jamie to teach in a way that allows the body to slow down and the mind to open up. Through mindful movement and a heavy emphasis on breath, Jamie's classes are built with intention and offer a slow burn.
